Madewell Residential Marketing Emails

We launched Madewell Companies' email marketing campaign at the end of 2023 to create a consistent channel of outreach and repeat business for the brand's residential division, which focuses on their local neighbors in the Texas Panhandle.

Showing an understanding of the surrounding culture and unique pain points is important here. We refer to customers as neighbors, show courtesy, and bend over backward to let them see "we get you."
